Lauren’s life took a new turn when she met Frank Garcia at a dance class in New Jersey in 2002.

Despite a significant age difference of 20 years, they were drawn to each other, and their love blossomed rapidly. They married in July 2002, and it wasn’t long before they both expressed their mutual desire to start a family.

Their journey to parenthood was not without its challenges. Lauren’s age posed a significant obstacle, as many doctors were hesitant to approve fertility treatments due to her advanced years. However, their persistence paid off when a clinic in Virginia finally agreed to help them conceive.

After several unsuccessful attempts, Lauren and Frank’s perseverance was rewarded when Raquel came into their lives. But their family was not yet complete.

On May 22, 2006, just before her 60th birthday, Lauren gave birth to twins Gregory and Giselle. It was a momentous occasion, marking her as the oldest woman to give birth worldwide. Despite the challenges of being an older mother, Lauren’s love for her children knows no bounds.
