Vanessa Kirby, Tom Cruise’s 35-year-old companion, graced the premiere of “Mission: Impossible: Deadly Reckoning” in New York, where she encountered a moment of embarrassment due to a wardrobe malfunction.
Attending to support Cruise, Vanessa donned a stunning ensemble curated by her stylist, Carla Welch, opting for a long caramel dress with delicate spaghetti straps from Schiaparelli’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection.
The figure-hugging attire accentuated Vanessa’s toned physique, and she chose to forgo a bra for the occasion.
Her makeup was elegantly understated, featuring subtle eyeliner, rosy blush, and coral lipstick, while her long, wavy hair cascaded effortlessly over her shoulders.
Adding flair to her ensemble was a chic cape reminiscent of gloves, gracefully extending to the elbows and doubling as a shawl. Completing her look were oversized gold earrings that added a touch of sophistication.
Despite exuding glamour on the red carpet, Vanessa experienced a minor wardrobe mishap when one of the delicate straps slipped off, momentarily revealing a glimpse of her chest.
Thankfully, Tom Cruise swiftly intervened, averting a potential wardrobe malfunction.
Although visibly surprised, Vanessa swiftly rectified the situation with a graceful adjustment and continued posing with a radiant smile, albeit more cautiously.
In the forthcoming seventh installment of the “Mission: Impossible” series, Vanessa will reprise her role as Alanna Mitsopolis, alias the “White Widow.”
During the premiere, she engaged with Swedish actress Rebecca Ferguson, who portrays MI6 agent Ilse Faust, marking their third collaboration in the franchise.
