In a bustling dance studio, filled with excitement and anticipation, an 11-year-old girl named Lara is preparing for her big moment. We had the pleasure of catching up with her just before her performance, and what a delightful conversation it was.
“Hello, hello, hi, hello, who are you?” we asked, eager to learn more about this young talent.
“I’m Lara,” she replied with a bright smile.
“Lara, how old are you?”
“Eleven,” she said confidently.
Lara comes from Lower Austria, specifically from a charming place called Leopoldsdorf. “So, quite nearby,” she added, explaining her local roots.
Today, Lara is set to showcase her dancing skills. When asked if she would be performing, she confirmed, “And I assume you will be dancing today, if I see that correctly, yes?”
“Yes,” she nodded, excitement sparkling in her eyes.
Curious about her performance, we asked if she could give us a little preview or if we should wait to be surprised. “Would you like to tell us a little bit about it beforehand? Or should we be surprised?”
“Well, it’s a solo in the Open category. There are many styles mixed in my dance, and we’ll be surprised,” she shared, building the anticipation for her routine.
As we wrapped up our conversation, it was clear that Lara was ready to take the stage. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her craft were evident. “Yes, Lara, this is a great opportunity. Have fun, I’m rooting for you!” we encouraged her, confident that she would shine in her performance.
Lara’s story is a testament to the passion and talent of young dancers everywhere. As she steps onto the stage, she carries with her the hopes and dreams of not just herself, but of a community that believes in her potential. We look forward to seeing where her dancing journey takes her next.
