A woman found herself unable to contain her laughter when she came across a rickshaw driver in downtown Kelowna.
“When we couldn’t find a cab, this person suddenly appeared,” she said.
Daniel Power, the driver, has gained quite a reputation in the area for his distinctive approach to offering rides to passengers.
