Little Boy Goes Viral After Conversation With Dad In Heaven – WATCH

Losing a parent is an incredibly difficult experience, especially for young children, but sometimes life takes unexpected turns. One source of solace is the ability to reach out to God with our pain and sorrow, something that this grieving son does. Nicco Lipary, a seven-year-old boy who tragically lost his father, Jeff, in a motorcycle accident in January, touched hearts when his heartfelt conversation with his father in Heaven went viral.

The loss of his father left Nicco feeling devastated, and though his older sister, Jayda, struggled to find the right words to comfort him, she was supportive. Nicco, however, showed wisdom beyond his years, much like his father.

One afternoon, feeling especially the absence of his dad, Nicco decided to hold a family meeting. Jayda, their mother, and a few friends gathered around as Nicco asked them to write down what they loved and missed about their dad. They also drew pictures to accompany their thoughts.

After everything was prepared, Nicco took a moment to pray and spoke to his dad as though he were still present. “Hey Dad, how’s heaven? Is it good? Is it bad? Please don’t tell me it’s bad.” Then, he added, “I hope you’re best friends with God. We love you, Dad.” Reflecting on the kindhearted nature of his father, Nicco shared, “You would give anything to a homeless person. We love you. You would do anything for us.”

When Jayda remarked on her brother’s belief that their dad was best friends with God, Nicco confidently responded, “He really is. Trust me.” The most touching part of this moment was how deeply loved both Nicco and Jayda felt by their father.

Though Jeff may no longer be with them, his love continues to guide his children through their hardest moments. One day, they will all be reunited, and Nicco will have the chance to not only experience Heaven but also share a face-to-face conversation with both his earthly father and his heavenly Father.
