One of my coworkers—someone I barely even interacted with—started making these subtle, snide comments about my relationship. She kept implying I was dating below my standards, like being with Luke somehow reflected poorly on me. At first, I shrugged it off. I told myself it wasn’t worth the drama. After that, she never made another comment about Luke or our relationship.
