Jessica Simpson has seemingly confirmed her romance with musician Thomas Eisenhood, six months after reports first linked the two.
The pair were recently spotted together at Albuquerque’s Balloon Fiesta Park, marking their first public appearance together.
According to photos obtained by TMZ, Simpson and Eisenhood strolled through the park at around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, stopping to take selfies with the colorful hot air balloons in the background.
Witnesses told the outlet that the couple were also happy to take personal photos for other visitors. At one point, Eisenhood put his arm around Simpson’s shoulders as she leaned her head against him, a source revealed.
Despite their apparent closeness, the two reportedly tried to keep a low profile while walking through the busy park, with the pop star frequently keeping her head down. They were also seen several more times during their visit, chatting, laughing and taking pictures of one another.
Eisenhood even used a camera to capture photos of the “With You” singer against the backdrop of the sunrise and the Sandia Mountains.
Rumors about their relationship first surfaced in April, when TMZ reported that Simpson had begun dating a musician who works as a roadie and is based in Nashville.
At the time, sources said the pair had been romantically involved for approximately three months, seeing each other when Simpson visited her home in Nashville. The insiders also claimed they had been introduced by mutual friends and quickly developed a connection.
The reported romance marks Simpson’s first known relationship since her separation from Eric Johnson, her husband of 10 years.
The fashion designer announced their split in January 2025, following months of speculation about the state of their marriage.
Simpson and Johnson share three children: Maxwell, 14, Ace, 13, and Birdie, 7.
The former couple began dating in May 2010, while Johnson was still married to his first wife, Keri D’Angelo. Their divorce was finalized in October of that year, and Johnson later married Simpson in July 2014.
Although the pair have been separated, their divorce has yet to be finalized. They have also appeared to maintain a friendly relationship since their breakup, with recent public sightings together even fueling speculation about a possible reconciliation.
