Peloton’s Jess King Welcomes First Baby, Son Lucien, with Fiancée Sophia Urista. See what they did.

Jess King is now a mother!

The Peloton teacher, 37, and fiancée Sophia Urista welcomed their first child, son Lucien “Luz” Urista King, on Wednesday, Nov. 16, according to a joint Instagram post Monday.

“Welcome to our LIGHT! Lucien Urista King, also known as Luz, was born on November 16, 22 at 4:23 a.m. 7 lbs 9 oz.

He’s the happiest, sweetest, and most delectable little boy “They started the sweet caption. “Thank you for your love and support along this journey. We feel incredibly cherished and blessed.”

The new parents shared several gorgeous images of themselves with their newborn son, as well as several of Luz alone.

The duo received a lot of love from fellow Peloton instructors in the post’s comments.

“Nephew, welcome to the world!!!! “Congratulations family,” Alex Toussaint said, while Robin Arzón added, “Obsessed with my newest family member.” We adore you!”

Jenn Sherman responded: “These photos are filled with love. Luz, welcome to the world. Has anyone ever told you how gorgeous your mamas are? ❤️❤️❤️.”

The fitness teacher made her pregnancy announcement during one of her Peloton courses in May, yelling “I’m pregnant!” during a ride.

“Sophia and I are so delighted to welcome this new energy into our home and to become mothers,” she added of her fiancée.

She continued, “My fertility path was not without challenges. Unbeknownst to you, Peloton, you have been there for me in profound and unsaid ways throughout the last year. So, to all of my fertility warriors, know that I see, feel, and adore you.”

In 2020, King and Urista got engaged. ..

In 2021, King told that the couple was “extremely happy” for their future, but that they hadn’t finalized their wedding preparations because they “certainly don’t want to compromise our wedding experience [because to the pandemic].”

Despite the hiatus in wedding arrangements, King assured her and Urista, who live in Brooklyn, that they were still working to “build together and have a family together.”
