It’s hard to tell what anesthesiologists are prescribing these days, but it seems that amusing videos of patients waking up from surgery have become quite the trend. Now, Maria has joined this amusing lineup, as her parents captured her antics after her wisdom teeth were removed.

According to the video description on YouTube, “Maria had all four of her wisdom teeth extracted and woke up from anesthesia displaying her typical teenage sass.”

Initially, Maria seems a bit bewildered. “My tongue fell out again!” she exclaims in a panic. Once her parents clarify that her tongue is exactly where it should be, she starts sharing more humorous observations.

When she spots some wires in her bed, her sass kicks in: “What is this? Am I a toy or something?”
